“They had one hot tub that was operational, so we didnt use that amenity since there were other people in there. The room was very small but good enough for us as we were only staying for one night on the road to LA. Front desk staff were very personable and gave us a great tip on where to eat that evening. ”

“Overall stay was good and customer service was good It was close to everything and views were good . The only thing that bothered me was that no one came in to clean our sheets or give us new towels or toilet paper all 4 nights we were there. We had to go to the front desk or find house keeping cleaning other rooms just not ours.”

“This is a remarkable place in Frisco. This isn’t just ‘mountain town’ chic, this is literally high class luxury in Frisco. The decor is old world opulence and, from a visitor’s point of view, this spa / hotel has everything you need- as well as everything you never knew you needed. The aromatherapy room, the billiard room, the parlour, aperitivo hour, the impeccable service, the cleanliness of the well appointed rooms, dual hot tubs… I could go on and on. Every aspect of your stay just feels...

“Booked this last minute and was pleased with the choice. Front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. Check in was smooth. Lobby area well appointed - have a couple of unique features including an "oxygen bar" to help with the altitude (at a very reasonable price) and a very cool water/beverage station (for free) as well. Nice food & beverage options along with a game room with a pool table, etc. The resort is located "lakeside" - you walk out back and it's lovely. We enjoyed a good meal...
